Description
The importance of reflective practice is something that has been emphasized for quite some time now, although the strength of this emphasis is not generally matched by the degree of clarity about what reflective practice is, why it is important or how to actually do it. This course has therefore been developed specifically for people who are new to reflective practice or are familiar with reflective practice but want a better understanding of what it is all about.
Participants will be helped to:
- Develop a clear picture of what reflective practice is all about
- Become aware of common misunderstandings of reflective practice
- Explore ways of making reflective practice a reality
