The Academy has teamed up with TFL Education to offer Chartered Management Institute Qualifications in management and leadership. We have an ambitious programme of developing qualifications at Levels 5 and 7, with a specific focus on managers in social care and managers in any sector who are particularly interested in people management, engagement and wellbeing.
